Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will have responsibility over Account Based Marketing initiatives for enterprise accounts across all channels and lead Marketing Automation strategy, planning and execution for North America. In this role you’ll be responsible for defining metrics and providing insights while maximizing the efficiency of our sales and marketing processes. Responsibilities

 

  • ABM
    • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling
    • Partner with sales leadership to identify targeted high value accounts for ABM campaigns
    • Create annual marketing plans and targets for key sales accounts
    • Collaborate closely with strategic account and field sales teams to orchestrate collaborative sales and marketing plans over the long term to win key accounts
    • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within identified accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
    • Design & execute 1:1 and 1: few marketing initiatives to meet pipeline needs of accounts
  • Marketing Automation
    • Develop and implement winning strategy for automated, triggered, and programmatic campaigns to engage customers at the right time with the right message
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to fully leverage existing technologies and data to enable campaigns
    • Leverage insights in customer personas, buying journeys, and other deep analytics to inform automated campaigns
    • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing peers to create and gain consensus for go-to-market plans and marketing plays in alignment with sales directives
  • General
    • Set clear goals and report metrics to demonstrate campaign results, effectiveness, and efficiency
    • Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market strategy & tactic effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques and processes
    • Serve as expert on ABM and automation and conduct trainings and seminars as required
       

Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation systems or ABM platforms
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Experience in sales or significant collaboration with sales teams highly preferred
