General Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding day to day support for Tennant’s Field Service Technicians and Management
  • Some duties may include contract data entry, work order assignments, collections, maintaining master data records or pricing and/or quote requests
  • Administer and maintain Tennant Service planned maintenance agreements
  • Test, pilot and implement new processes within the service organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ work experience and/or training in customer service, data entry, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suites

  • Proven success building relationships with remote customers and communicating effectively across levels and departments

  • Identifies and prioritizes problems accurately, constructively, and in a timely manner
  • Builds and maintains solid relationships with Field Service Employees

  • Shows initiative to solve customer and business needs
  • Demonstrates self-awareness
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
