PURPOSE/SCOPE:

  • Responsible for e-Learning module creation and content development for Sales Leaders and sales representatives to develop sales leadership, technical sales, customer relations skills and other relevant skills to enhance our sales’ team capabilities.
  • Serve as e-Learning Development Subject Matter Expert on the Training and Education team and a resource to support other business needs

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Responsibilities include collaborating across sales training leadership, sales leadership and other applicable departments and partnering with Subject Matter Experts to identify digital training opportunities and assets, rapidly produce and revise eLearning tools to amplify results. 
  • Responsible for e-Learning development; may include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining creative online learning solutions (including course content, interactivity, simulations, and games) using sound instructional design. 
  • Coordinate, manage and execute all aspects of e-learning development including storyboarding, building and revising training based on SME input.
  • Assist with management of course development projects including scoping the required resources and timeline to meet project timelines with quality results.
  • Assist sales and marketing leaders in the implementation and execution of online learning development initiatives.
  • Evaluate digital learning for effectiveness and relevance and ensure alignment with overall Training and Education strategy.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in development trends, training tools and platforms while continuously exploring new and innovative approaches.

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience OR 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Adult Learning methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and partner with various levels in the organization.
  • Ability to design innovative blended learning programs and apply current and emerging technologies to learning solutions.
  • Experience designing and developing interactive e-Learning programs (incorporating graphics, animations, audio, and other media elements).
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia.

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with subject matter experts within a sales environment.  
  • Experience with learning management systems, Cornerstone OnDemand preferred.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Applications and the ability to learn programs used by Tennant.
  • Knowledge of Tennant product offerings industry knowledge a plus.
