PURPOSE/SCOPE:  As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing projects or process improvements identified within the Sales, Service and Field Operations organizations.  The role will involve working directly with the business partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.  This will involve gathering requirements on end to end processes through process mapping to ensure that the results of each project provide efficiencies for the team and organization.  This position is part of a team of project managers and analysts and will align with the corporate programs of continuous improvement and project management.



  • Support North America organizations via leading projects or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Grow a culture where continuous improvement is a “way of life”
  • Lead and motivate teams to follow Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Problem solving leadership, training, and coaching via Kaizen
  • Ensure project team engagement in all improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of a project
  • Manages complex projects or process improvements that drive standardized work
  • Application and utilization of sound problem solving skills
  • Create and drive a sense of urgency
  • Coach teams through process mapping to develop ‘eyes for waste’ and empower to take action



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred
  • 2+ years experience in service industry preferred
  • Education/Certification specific to project methodology or process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Experience leading Kaizen initiatives
  • 4+ years experience in project management

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change
  • Confidence in role as an individual contributor and ability to lead through others
  • Strong analytical skills with statistical problem solving ability
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
