  • Responsible for analyzing data to identify, validate, and drive process improvements to ultimately achieve more efficient results in Field Operations, including customer service and field support.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Lead the definition, development and delivery of smaller scale process improvement projects.
  • Develop new/updated documentation for all admin/system functions when necessary.
  • Define and lead work activities and produce high quality deliverables with a significant amount of autonomy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex hierarchies and database relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support and proactively identify potential database issues, providing resolution to preserve database integrity.
  • Solid skills with various Microsoft products (Office, SharePoint, Visio) and the ability to quickly become proficient with other software (Cisco/SAP) utilized by the customer support team.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal development and willingness to learn and apply process improvement and business transformation tools and methodologies.
  • Assist in the recommendation and establishment of new Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to support company objectives and goals.
  • Use data and metrics to identify and evaluate opportunities and effectiveness for performance improvement projects
  • Collaborating with multiple departments, Subject Matter Experts (SME's), and outside consultants and vendors
  • May act as a business analyst or project manager on some projects



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years' experience in: Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Project Management or Business Process Management.
  • Knowledge and application of project management methodology and tools.
  • Knowledge and application of process improvement mythology and tools.
  • MS Project and/or Visio experience preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Experienced or Advanced Excel knowledge required.

  • Ability to concentrate on tasks, make decisions and work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment
  • Willingness to be flexible with time and adjust to a changing work environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a customer service orientation.

  • Ability to take direction and accept supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations.
