Senior Marketing Manager, Robotics

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically focused Senior Marketing Manager to define and execute the integrated marketing strategies that support the overall aggressive growth plan and strategic direction of the TNC Robotics Venture. This role is accountable for creating and communicating a compelling value story, driving demand, and building a differentiated brand globally. The Senior Marketing Manager defines the TNC Robotics brand and messaging and owns the full customer experience definition (with execution owned by sales enablement). 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Global Brand Leadership & Messaging Authority: Define the standard global messaging for robotics to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all channels. Create and maintain a differentiated brand through content and media in the eyes of key stakeholders. Work alongside the product management team to translate product value into text and compelling media. 
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Drive demand and execute programs to keep the opportunity funnel full. Structure and systematize demand generation by selecting and deploying the processes, tools, and software needed. Support new product launches pipeline development to accelerate the sales curve.  
  • Content & Media Decisions: Oversee company, brand, and product content development and decide which media and messages are used for which channels and customers. This includes executing tactics such as digital campaigns (e.g., paid media, email, social) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead generation.  
  • Channel Effectiveness: Leverage content, tools, products, and programs to maximize channel effectiveness for the sales organization.  
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and demand generation budget through the annual plan to drive awareness, consideration and trial. 

 

Education & KSAs 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.  
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or robotics sector. 
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven capability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies for the robotics business.  
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to Direct Work effectively, delegating responsibility and conveying clear expectations to teams.  
  • Global Brand Authority: Experience defining and enforcing a globally consistent brand and messaging strategy that successfully positions the company as a leader in both cleaning and robotic technology.  
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Expertise in systematizing demand generation, including the selection and deployment of digital marketing tools and processes.  
  • Commercial Storytelling: Explain why TNC wins in plain language, linking outcomes and ROI to credible proof. 
  • Acumen: Strong Financial & Commercial Acumen to understand unit economics, pricing, and value levers to make sound, outcome-oriented business decisions. 

 

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $129,800 - $201,100

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
