Pricing Analyst

SUMMARY:
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing the pricing set up, executing price increases and maintaining customer pricing agreements. This key role ensures pricing accuracy and compliance with contracts and Tennant policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
•    Manage timely implementation of price increase process.
•    Monitor and maintain pricing accuracy, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
•    Develop pricing programs and strategies from research, data mining, statistical analysis and program design.
•    Build accurate pricing for each unique price agreement.
•    Understands and maintain various complexities of different pricing structures.
•    Analyze and implement the pricing agreement process through the life of the contract.
•    Ability to understand and maintain multiple complex pricing systems.
•    Regularly review processes to identify and implement improvements to the pricing processes.
•    Communicate customer agreement status to customers, sales, and service.
•    Provide costing, pricing, and margin analysis upon request.
•    Serve as a key resource on complex or critical issues.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•    Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
•    3 - 5 years with pricing and analytical experience.
•    Proficiency in Excel including utilizing formulas and lookups.
•    Proficiency in SAP S4 preferred.
•    Attention to detail and analytical skills are a must.
•    Exceptional organizational skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and with a team.

 

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $66,200 - 99,200

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
