- Design and implement bundled machine-and-service solutions that simplify the buying experience, improve service penetration, and increase overall customer lifetime value.
- Lead the development and commercialization of subscription-based and outcome-focused business models that combine equipment, service, and digital capabilities into a recurring revenue offering.
- Drive strategic initiatives that expand the company's installed base of contracted customers and increase predictable, high-margin recurring service revenue across North America.
3. Service Marketing & Sales Enablement

- Define, develop, and continuously improve the tools, resources, and digital solutions that enable sales teams to efficiently configure, quote, position, and sell service offerings.
4. Service Digital Transformation
- Lead the business transformation of service quoting and contract generation processes through development of integrated digital solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
- Serve as the business leader and partner with Service Operations, IT, and R&D teams to enhance technician productivity by simplifying workflows, providing easier access to the information required to diagnose and resolve customer issues, consolidate machine history, service data, documentation, diagnostics, and repair information into unified workflows that increase efficiency and first-time fix rates.
