We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support multiple HR Business Partners in delivering exceptional HR services across the North America Business Unit. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes, and providing employee support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has a passion for people and process efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple HR Business Partners.
- Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Coordinate HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including system setup and document collection. Manage electronic personnel file management system. Oversee the I-9 verification and re-certification process. Manage temporary to permanent conversion process for contract employees. Manage new hire welcome gifts with external vendor.
- Support offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and exit procedures are followed.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR files and documents are maintained in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage Operations Supervisor Toolkit SharePoint.
- Assist with audits and compliance-related documentation.
- Support HRBP-led training sessions including logistics and communications management. Manage the employee resource guides (physical binders) for all NABU Operations sites.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling employee meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions. Aid in the performance management process with HRBP’s including monitoring completion of assigned tasks and creating presentations.
- Support HRBPs in employee engagement and retention efforts including administration of Tennant’s bonus and employee welfare programs.
- Act as backup for employee inquiries, directing them to the appropriate HRBP as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an HR support role or HR administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. SAP and SuccessFactors experience a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,300 - 67,800 Annualized
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
