Experienced Customer Service Representative - Invoice Adjustments

PURPOSE/SCOPE: 

Manage incoming customer invoice disputes by utilizing root cause analysis to improve procedures throughout the resolution process.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, fax and email interactions
  • Interact with customers and partner with internal departments to investigate and resolve invoice disputes
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve customer disputes by balancing customer and Tennant Company needs
  • Partner with cross functional owners to improve existing processes and elimate root cause of common disputes/inquiries.
  • Identify the root cause of the dispute and take corrective action to prevent future disputes
  • Make educated decisions based on best interest of Tennant as well as customer

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced SAP experience
  • 2+ years in Tennant Customer Service preferred

  • Understands the importance of his/her role as a representative of Tennant by demonstrating a positive and professional service orientation to internal and external customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to diffuse difficult interactions leading to positive results
