Dispute Resolution Specialist

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email interactions
  • Interact with customers and partner with internal departments to investigate and resolve invoice disputes
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve invoice disputes by balancing customer and Tennant Company needs
  • Partner with cross-functional owners to improve existing processes and eliminate the root cause of common disputes/inquiries
  • Identify the root cause of the dispute and take corrective action to prevent future disputes
  • Make educated decisions based on the best interest of Tennant as well as the customer
     

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or Dispute Processing
  • SAP experience preferred
