Digital Marketing Manager, Robotics

The Digital Marketing Manager is an execution-focused role accountable for the planning, implementation, and optimization of TNC Robotics' digital demand generation strategy, including digital marketing, website management, social media, and analytics. This role is vital for structuring demand generation by deploying marketing, tools, and content to ensure the opportunity funnel remains full. This position is one of the key incremental roles identified to increase Brand Awareness & Demand Generation. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Digital Campaign Execution: Execute targeted digital campaigns (e.g., paid media, email, social) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead generation. Increase TNC digital presence and deploy specialized Digital Selling Media & Assets (e.g., video shorts) to support the commercial organization as part of the Global Marketing Strategy and Annual Operating Plan.  
  • Marketing Technology & Automation: Define and deploy the processes, tools, and software required to systematize demand generation. Own Marketing automation visibility and insights. Deploy digital engagement tools where applicable.  
  • Web Management: Optimize the TNC website for customer engagement and support including recommending best practices, web design and content management.  
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to maximize lead production and marketing efficiency. 

 

Education & KSAs 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related technical field is required.  
  • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience demonstrating success in digital marketing, marketing technology, or demand generation management. Ecommerce marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Demand & Opportunity Management: Proven capability to create, qualify, and progress opportunities through a visible funnel with clear entry/exit criteria.  
  • Process Acumen: Deep understanding of the operational and administrative processes to select and deploy marketing technology and engagement tools.  
  • Results Orientation: Proven capability to drive results and consistently achieve commitments. 

 

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $103,000 - $159,500

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
