Change Management Administrator

As we continue to build scalable processes consistent with Tennant Company’s strategy, we are excited to move to the next phase of Project Delta as we upgrade and modernize our approach to Cost-Out Projects.  We need a skilled and cross-functional team in this transformative work. This role will drive successful communication, record keeping and support of Project Delta activities.  You will partner with Project Delta leadership to assist in scheduling activities with appropriate stakeholders, hosting local events as well as assisting with remote events if/as appropriate, and creating communications to provide clarity of project activity.  You will assist in developing record keeping tools for organizing and archiving project data, reviews, and results in order to assist in audits of post-project results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with key team members (including senior leaders, project teams, and project stakeholders) to gain their support and involvement in the change process
  • Support functional leaders with tools and resources to support organizational change management communications.
  • Periodic, consistent, clear, and concise communications to be shared with project team members as well as senior leaders
  • Maintain a calendar of events throughout the year, recurring and non-recurring meetings related to Cost Out Projects
  • Perform administrative tasks around training, file management (i.e. SharePoint access, TCMS tools, etc.)
  • Create mechanisms for gathering feedback from end-users throughout the on-going project activities.
  • In concert with Project Delta leadership, maintain a pulse on the organization, people, and projects.
  • Help identify opportunities to recognize teams and individuals for support and/or recognition over the course of time.
  • Data management and communication with key Stakeholders (i.e.: publishing metrics, updating tools/forms for reporting on projects, etc.)
  • Work with leadership to develop best practices for communications and share with global organizations if/as appropriate.

 

Required Experience and Education

  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in communications with senior leadership preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Organizational and planning skills, action oriented; takes initiative in a demanding environment.
  • Judgment and decision-making ability with a strong customer (stakeholder) focus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking and remaining flexible in prioritization.
  • Ability to interact successfully across all levels of management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 7 years of related experience
  • At least 3 years of experience providing support at the senior leadership level.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $Salary Min - Salary Max

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
