Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $72,800 - $109,500

Position purpose: To perform and lead warehouse operations and personnel that meet the goals and objectives of IPC Eagle.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
1) Coordinates daily work assignments for self and warehouse personnel that meet the changing workload conditions of the warehouse.
2) Oversees warehouse personnel’s work performance.
3) Works/brainstorms with the warehouse team for solutions that help achieve operational excellence.
4) Controls and understands the inventory transactions within the inventory management software.
5) Utilizes the inventory management software effectively to ensure accurate inventory management.
6) Plans and implements processes that will maximize efficient and accurate inventory movements and control.
7) Enforces safety policies and procedures.
8) Conducts monthly safety meetings for warehouse personnel.
9) Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse.
10) Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of shipping, receiving, and cycle count experience.
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong understanding of material management processes and systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Physically able to stand/walk on concrete for up to 8 hours
• Strong organizational skills
Total Compensation = Pay range + Benefits
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
