Florock is a leader in the research, development, and production of resinous floor coating systems for commercial, industrial and institutional applications. As a result of consistent growth, Florock products are manufactured in a new expanded facility in Chicago, Illinois, owned and operated by Tennant Company.  Florock has distribution throughout North America as  well as a reseller in the United Kingdom.




  • Responsible for selling Florock’ s line of resinous floor coatings and related products within the country of Mexico
  • Primary Objective:  To profitably and strategically grow Florock’ s business within the assigned geography
  • Key metrics include Year over year growth while attaining MBO’s as set each year by Sales Management




  • Takes initiative and ownership of Florock’ s brand strategy to achieve corporate goals and objectives
  • Ability to make professional sales calls, cold calls, and customer calls into a diverse and complex construction industry
  • Identifies, maintains and develops strong resinous floor coating contractors and distributors throughout the assigned geography
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend resinous flooring options to contractors, architects and end customers. 
  • Help train and support Industrial DIY floor coating applicators
  • Able to develop and communicate presentations to end customers, distributors, general contractors and architects 
  • Sets appropriate timelines and follow projects and tasks through the sales funnel to close
  • Examines issues from multiple perspectives to develop effective and sustainable solutions
  • Establishes a clear line of sight between customer needs and organizational objectives
  • Effectively integrates and manages the interface between groups
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Strong presentation, training and facilitation Skills
  • Proficient at interacting with stakeholders within all levels of an organizations
  • Completes all (CRM), expense submissions and any additional reporting within the time prescribed by management




  • 4 Year College Degree or equal related experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel 50%
