Workstream Lead, Warehousing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Workstream Lead will define and maintain process standards while driving ongoing optimization and improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP regarding implementation, process, and application in manufacturing.

  • Lead the development of global process for workstream
  • Ensure creation, integration and alignment of procurement policies, metrics, and governance for the value stream
  • Define reporting requirements to support process
  • Lead data cleansing activities to maximize success and automation in the new ERP
  • Identify and deploy pre-requisites for success
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to unlock potential of S4 Hana
  • Act as a sponsor for workstream
  • Play the role of the Scrum Product Owner
  • Represent workstream in the steering committee meetings
  • Provide sign-off on necessary process specifications
  • Identify the system interactions, data imperatives and roles/responsibilities to enable the processes
  • Define and measure key performance indicators to confirm process outcomes and controls
  • Work with the business to define physical warehousing needs [layout, infrastructure, etc.] in implementation of S4 Hana solutions at key sites overseeing businesses cases and timelines where requested by the business.
  • Understand both inter and intra warehousing requirements in the context of the Tennant Network.
  • An ability to think innovatively and creatively, strong communication and change management skills team player who can work effectively with all levels of the organization

CHANGE LEADERSHIP:

  • Support change within the respective business areas in alignment with Change Leader
  • Drive unique change requirements for wareshousing skills, processes and implementation as needed to support the Einstein business case.
  • Activate and align change agent resources within each region to drive change and enact adherence to process standards

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • MBA a plus
  • Minimum of ten+ years of relevant work experience.  Tanglible warehousing experience is critical.
  • Superior communication skills with experience in preparing and presenting to executives
  • Ability to influence peers, up, and down the organization
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and application within an Industrial Manufacturing ERP system (preferably S4 Hana)
  • Strong judgement & decision making capabilities
  • Demonstrate an understanding of project planning in a global, matrixed organization
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, powerBI and others
